Thanks for reminding this, it is part of the next action for

Indeed, you cannot speak for AdaFrance, we do not have spare issues.
As Arno stated, it is available on AdaCore's website, and in many  
other resources.

I suppose you mean Ada 2005 rationale, the reference manual is  
already avaiable.
